Real Estate Listing Script Advice Needed.

Hello all,

I am looking for a script to be used as a Real Estate Agents personal site.

The do rental properties with only an occasional sale.

I have found a few that are more gear toward selling the listing space and advertising but these are things that are not needed for this site.

Anyone know of a good alternative. PHP preferred?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

For a personalized site, a lot of times you're looking at a personalized script. If you aren't looking to hire someone to write you a script, my advice to someone is to use a PHP CMS such as Drupal or Joomla for the basis of this site. This is because it doesn't sound like you're doing too many online transactions aside from listing content.

Definitely, there are plenty of good plugins for CMS systems like Joomla that should suit your needs perfectly. I would give that a try first before looking at something else.
