undeveloped xx (could be low, mid, or high...), but developed and informative could get you in a lot of adsense revenue. i always search for new layouts on the web and never find anything, so create a unique site and it should make some revenue.

I see its a developed website offering turnkey websites and as far as i know it also has made some revenue! Surely in the low xxx range!
