domain ReadAds.com & LoanBuddha.com, what should be the selling price?

What should be the selling price I should list for ReadAds.com & Loanbuddha.com ??
I intend to list them on domain marketplaces & then pay for their promotion.

I do not feel value in these names..I can not imagine end user for ReadAds, and LoanBuddha can be nice brandable, but what about Loan Tiger, Whale, Octopus, General, ..anything can go..too many alternatives. I think money paid on promotion of these 2 names would be wasted.
