David, I understand reachoutwireless.com is quite long, but IMHO it rolls off the tongue, it is somewhat catchy, and I think brandable. verizonwireless.com has an Alexa page rank of 605 and it has only 1 fewer characters but has one more syllable.

As for the meaning, this is a blind-folded shot in the dark after downing 7 tequila shots and smokin' a fatty, but I suppose it could mean reach out and touch someone on a wireless/cellular phone type system or something along those lines. But I guess one would really need to stretch his or her imagination to see that meaning.
