Sharing this in case anyone is comparing new .com options.

RayName (ICANN-accredited registrar) is running a launch promo for new .com registrations:

- $6.99 first year, 1 domain/account — code: NPCOM69
- $7.46 first year, up to 10 domains/account — code: NPCOM74

Checkout is simple: add .com to cart, then apply the code.

RayName also supports domain renewals and transfers, so it can cover the full lifecycle if you want to keep everything in one place.

As always, check current renewal and transfer pricing/terms before checkout.

Thank you very much
I’ve already discussed this with the team and secured a transfer promotion:

$10.99 per transfer, Promo code: RCOMTR99

In addition to the registration offer, you can also enjoy this transfer promotion at the same time.

Hi, I haven’t seen this error before on my side.

Could you let me know exactly when this message appeared? Was it shown while registering a .com domain?

I just tested it and the promo code worked normally for me. If possible, please share a screenshot of your cart or the full checkout page, and I’ll help check further.

I tested the COM746 code. I added two .com domains to the cart and applied the code. The discount was applied to only one domain — the other one stayed at the regular price ($11.65).
Here's what I got:

Subtotal: $23.30 (2 × $11.65)
Discount: −$4.19 (only one domain discounted)
Total: $19.11

According to your promo terms page (https://www.rayname.com/legal/10017), Offer B allows up to 10 domains per account. So I expected both domains to get the $7.46 price.
Could you clarify how this works?

Hi, thanks for checking and sharing the details.

You’re right that the offer allows up to 10 domains per account. However, at the moment the promo code can only be applied to one .com domain per order.

So if you want to use the discounted price for multiple domains, you’ll need to place separate orders, one domain per order, and you can do this for up to 10 orders/domains per account.

Our system does not currently support applying this promo to multiple domains within the same order. Sorry for the confusion, and we’ll make the wording clearer on our side.
