What would it take for someone to make frontpage like this for me?
Of course, a custom touch to adjust to the looks of www.intelbank.com would be needed.

Then later on, i'll plan to expand to a:
Functional backend, rating system and other database driven elements.

Please let me know what the frontpage alone would cost me.

? is that link right? it's a parked page?

there is no flash ( right click on something, no flash context menu ), it's entirely javascript and shouldn't take anyone with any skill more than an hour.

Yeah, it's a parked page, which fascinates me all the more. TafficZ seems to be behind it. All things considered, for a parked page, that kicks some serious butt.
I'd be looking at something similar for my (functional) site.
I figured that it's java script, if someone can create something like that for me on the "cheap", i'd be very happy!
