Need a phpbb modification made!

Hi, currently looking to get a modification for phpBB that is highly needed. Willing to pay some good ammounts of money for full rights depending on the quality.

I am looking to get a trader rating system similar to the one on vb, iTrader ratings. Think it's the one namepros is using not sure though, what would this cost to be made?

Also want to know how long time it will take to get it made?
