Rating/Comment Script into site

I have a website with a comparison table in it.

They have a column that has a star rating from "1 out 5" to "5 out of 5"
I was wandering how i would go about getting this so that users on my site can rate it themselves and this then changes the overall rating.

Also a comments box for each that lets a user write a comment which would be published once admin(me) had approved it. the user would just need to provide a valid email and have option to hide/show name on comment.


Anyone help me ?

Should be some simple PHP.... unless you also want some AJAX (Web 2.0 style) involved.
