I Need A Little Help...

I am thinking about starting a site that would review certain websites. For instance say i was going to start a page for reviewing a domain registar. I want to write a short description of the registar and then have a comment box and mabye like a 5 star rating bar under my description so users of that particular site could write a review. I do not want this in blog format. I would like it to be directly of navigation bars. I only know how to build simple little sites using HTML (dreamweaver) and do not know how to go about adding the comment boxes and the 5 star review bar onto a page. Are there templates for somthing like this? Sorry for such a rookie question but i know the members here at Namepros have answers to everything. I would appriciate any help at all on this. Thanks!

I don't know if there are any DW templates for such a thing. But you can build your own rating system

or you can search for a free ajax ratings script.

I think you should look into building your website with Joomla, it is pretty easy to use, I would say read "Building Websites with Joomla! " ebook, and you should be up and runing with no time, and I am sure you can find a template at http://www.rockettheme.com/ for what you want to do.
