VWTH - high $xx

MLSHomes
MLSRealEstate - Being .tv names and thus the video site connotations, I don't see these ever being developed. That is a huge project and there are much better domains. Good .tv's are quite affordable too. Sell them to any domain collector who comes along.

MySexyRoommate - This easily has the most profit potential of the lot. Can't put a pinpoint price on these types though since it depends who the buyer is. Affiliate webmasters might pay $30. Tender it to a big company and you might get into the mid to high $xxx range IF they are looking to create a site with this theme.

AutomotiveForSale - To me, no S kills it.

I see what you mean when you say the "s" kills my "automotive" dotcom. I was thinking more on the lines that "automotive" can stand for things car-related, ie: parts, etc.
