This site I have owned for a couple of months and just don't have the time needed to develop it properly.I have no ads on the site so there is no income, But I would think that it could generate some.. I have installed a {leased}IPB forum that is heavily modded with a kick ass arcade{over 800 games}a jukebox, cinema, Tutorials mod, and lots more. The site has a very nice design{I think}

Whats the cms your using? Do you have a bin in mind? Are the tutorials orginal?

The CMS is cutenews,As far as I know the tutorials were written by the previous owner{But I wouldn't want to bet on it}...And I really don't have a price in mind...If you do you can just pm me, Also I can add any mod anyone would want added to the forum.
