Last night i ordered a VPS (Virtual Private Server) I got a phone call, and they talked to me about how to set it all up and everything while they made my account. I knew how to set it all up, but that shows this company is dedicated to helping you, unlike most if you order a dedicated server or a VPS they just give you a iprange/root password and think you already know how to do it.

Has anyone here ever used them? And if so how have they been for you? I just started with them last nite...

Keep us updated on how it goes. I recently ordered a VPS too and RackForce was one company that I considered, but I went with another one.

Unmetered on a vps? I've honestly never heard that before. Let us know how much bandwidth transfer you pump out on your vps plan.

We do unmetered (3148GB estimate in/out total) on a dedicated server but unmetered on a vps is pretty new to me honestly.

I've heard a lot of good things about rackforce although I've never used them. Good luck with the VPS.

everything is going great so far, I wanted them to install cpanel pro for me and they did it within about an hour.... and i requested 254 ip addresses and i already got those (dont ask, i play about 4 mmorpgs, and a pro ventrilo/teamspeak license, i give out hosts for guilds on the games i play for the game currency)
