I think this is the quality of domain you could price at $2K - $5K range and expect a standard 1-2% sell-through rate in a given year.

Resale price probably low $XXX.

Agree with @bmugford on the domain, as for your question on $8-10, my opinion is that it's depends on how long you are ready to hold on to this name. If 10 years - go for this. On such domain my very rough estimation is ''+1000'' per year. But I wouldn't expect to sell it to mark 8-10k and expect to sell it within 1-2 years, little chance imo.
