The determination of value for a 3 letter.com can be made by how popular the term before the .com is
Normally we do this by the letters, if they are rare, they will have less combinations and therefore will have less opportunity in selling as they will appeal to less companies so we value it less than a domain with "less rare" letters.
"QXZ" Google Results: 30,000
That is not bad at all for something with obvious bad letters.
Examples of "less rare" letters with much less google results
"KCQ" Google Results: 12,000
"QVZ" Google Results: 7,380
"QMY" Google Results: 9,000
that was after 5 searches I found those.
Maybe we are determining the value's of 3 letter.com's are the popularity of the term is really what we should be looking at as opposed to the letters when determining their value's.
