Quick Script, I believe need ASAP

Hey NPers,

I need a custom script to be done. It's pretty simple, I believe.

The user will be visiting the website via a tablet, when they visit they will have a text box. This text box they will state their comments & opinions about the company and will share this info on their social networking site.

I would like this to be a simple 2 step process.

Step 1: User enters their opinions & comments
Step 2: Sign in and successfully shares the message.

I was thinking if it was possible to do check-ins with Yelp and/or Facebook.

Also somehow post it on instagram would be awesome.
