Quick Question About Backordering Domains

I've been domaining for awhile now, but most of my purchases have been via the registry or direct contact with domain owners. I have yet to backorder a domain.

Here is my question. Is there a list of the best places to backorder a domain name depending on which registrar had it? For example, there is a domain I really want that expired on GoDaddy and I want to backorder it. Should I then backorder it using GoDaddy? Or is it best to use one of the other services? Is there a list of which backorder website is best for which registrars?

And last question. If I was to backorder it with every backorder website, would I then have to pay the fee on each site or only the successful site? Does the website only charge you if they are successful at claiming the domain for you?

Thanks for your help. I will be keeping this post bookmarked for future reference as I plan on doing some additional backordering over the coming year.

This query has been discussed many times before. A simple search will provide you posts with all the registrars and their backorder partners.

In this case you should backorder with TDNam for Godaddy names.

Thanks for taking the time to answer my question! I'll give searching a try for the rest of the information. :D
