Size Requirements :
Color Requirements :
Primary color should be a navy / royal blue
With some Red and White
Need a Black and White version also
The background should be transparent, since I may change the sites background.

General Requirements : Will pay via Paypal
Need a logo for Automate Testing which is a consulting company focusing of software testing automation and Load / Performance Testing
Should be scalable and various formats for website, emails, print ads, apparel, marketing items (pens, cups, etc)

Update

I'm not liking the gears because that gives it a more mechanical feel to me and we do software only.

I also would like the tag line added "When you need True Industry Experience and Not Sales"

I'm leaning toward VirginArt's work so far but not fully sold.

I like can you do a blue O with a red check and the opposite. don't worry about adding the b/w lets try to get the color one done.
