What are all of their rates? The same? Different?

Afternic...for domains purchased through their site.
Basic promotion charge is 10% (minimum $60). Expanded promotion charge is double that, I believe.

i'VE USED AFTERNIC SEVERAL TIMES...VERY GOOD SUPPORT...moniker should be good but I havnt used them.

sedo seems slow with the support taking days to respond to things...in my experience

Afternic is excellent for domains sold through their site; they may also do escrow for non-Afternic listed domains, but not sure ... anyways, they are good.

Overall, I like escrow.com the best.

Sedo, as the other poster said, tends to be slow and things can get complicated.

Moniker - ok, if none of the other choices seem adequate for one's needs.
