I need someone to make 4 small pages of my site valid xhtml and remove unwanted html/php codes,tags outta pages, it should pass the W3 marker at http://validator.w3.org also have some small things to be done,

The reason it takes 5 mins is because spend years learning their trade... bit like a plumber does? I suggest you up your budget to at least 5 times that, then you may get someone with some talent on board.
