Everything depends on the name, and the quality.

Also, on that site it says that a NNN.mobi domain has a minimum value of $80. This is not true, there are plenty of unregistered NNN.mobi domains as well as many unregistered top keywords in that extension.

As of right now, many people don't want them.

Also don't base your valuations wholly on automated domain appraisals, they're normally very far off no matter how good of an appraiser you use. The best appraiser is between your neck and the ceiling.

Obviously something such as hey.org is going to be worth much more than the minimum wholesale value, just to use as an example.

Basically, quality + length = win.

However, I don't see there being many valuable NLN.org's being that valuable. A valuable example would be something such as 4x4.org.

NLLN.com is also not valuable
