3 digit and 4 digit .com are pretty valuable, but what about domains like NNNN.club, NNNN.io or NNN.info? Would it be worth buying these as an investment if you have the chance?

No, too many new gTLDs for NNNN+.tld to be valuable because there is no shortage of supply. I wouldn't even value NNN, NN, N anything unless you are the end-user, except if is something unique like 888.casino since 888 is associated with luck in some cultures.
