Question on Appraising Domains

When appraising domains that I find to be worthless, I am always torn between quoting it as worth regfee or just quoting all the way down to 0$.

Is there any difference at all?

If so, would someone be able to describe the difference and maybe ginve their persona input on how they differentiate between the two?

Thanks a lot!

Honestly... not really. However, Ive noticed that on ocassion, I will use $0 for a domain I think is absolutely horrible, but will use reg fee, for a domain that with development, MAY have some potential.

But the difference is minor.

Absloutely. $0 means a domain is really bad & has no chance of even giving it away. Reg fee means that there is still a possibility of recouping your money back
