Question for the avatars

If i specify a url, will it download the image contents? Cause i want to be able to use a dynamicly generated avatar, for my whatpulse.org stats... i spent 1 hours making it and it tells me it cant find it

Says its not!!!

Also, it says: Error! because i just enabled the user api, and it doesnt update till 3 am :S (after 3 am it will display my stats!)

Yea, vBulletin downloads the remote avatar and stores it locally.
