Question about trademark

I have a question to you all. If i register domain, example : bookmarks.com, but the bookmark.com (without 's') is trademark name. Can i register this domain, and how about TM issues. Because this domain is generic name.

^ Agree with Jake ... with legal matters, specifics are what matter and generalities can lead to potential issues, IMHO. That, and intent ... if I owned Window.com (non plural) and offered Microsoft Windows™ stuff on it - the Window.com website - for profit, can you see that there may be a very good potential - and legal - problem? IYHO. :blink:
