Question about Snapnames.com

I´m interested in a domain, which I believe Snapnames would be the best option to grab, I´ve never done this before, but if I backorder the domain, would anyone else see it and therefore bid on it, or will it be private to me, unless someone else backorder the same domain ?

They have started showing the number of bids a name has, but not for all domains.
I'm not sure why.
Maybe it's best no to backorder too early.

Leave an order now or any time before it becomes available. If there are multiple bids it goes into an auction or else you get it.

But seriously ... if you put in a backorder, it will only go to auction - thus, viewable - if another person or persons put in backorder(s) for the same domain name, IMHO. As mentioned above, put in the backorder later (but not too late) rather than sooner if it's more comfortable - it's not an exact science there, at times. :gl:

Yes, I believe that is correct ... unless it goes to auction (as the result of having more than one party interested in the domain name, and having placed backorders (plural), IMHO. :blink:

I'd advise to backorder the domain name at Pool.com also, just a backup.

I would backorder it the night before it is to drop just to be safe.

Is the current registrar of the domain one of snapnames partners ? < very important part.
