Question about NJ auction

I was outbided in a namejet auction about two months ago.
But till now, the domain's status still shows "on hold" in Whois record.

Name Server: NS1.PENDINGRENEWALDELETION.COM
Whois Server: whois.networksolutions.com
Domain Status: On-hold (generic)

I suspect the winner might default the payment already.
Any idea how can I find this out ?

A generic On-Hold can mean several things, but one of those could be the high bidder hasn't paid, could be TM issues etc.

I would contact NameJet or NetSol to see what's up.
