Question about Network Solutions

If a domain expires say today, then when it will drop? Means after redemption, grace deletion period etc. when it will be available to register. Exactly how many days?
More specifically Netsol.

There isn't a particular number of days. When the domain's status reaches 'pending delete', it usually becomes available for hand registration after 5-8 days.

I was following globalmanage.com and it just went thru the entire cycle with netsol.
expiration: 9/27/09
namejet: no bids
redemption: 11/05
pendingdelete: 12/05
deleted 12/11 or 12/12/12
picked up by enom.
