First question, my site was up and running today and now its not loading for me??

Second question I need someone who is familiar with PERL, CGI scripts. I have more work to do. If you are familiar and can help modify certain parts of the site let me know. I can only pay about $50 right now... It shouldnt take too long..

It finally works for me! I had logged in wrong to my ftp more than 3 times and it shut me out. Thanks...
