In order to get a more accurate picture of your stats, do you have to paste the the Analytics code to all your webpages? and what happens if you have dynamic content?

yes you do have to paste it into the entire website.

You should place the code into your template

I use joomla, and past it into myindex.php file

Since I have dynamic content I make every page title different and every file I have includes a few other files so I just add the analytics code to the "footer.php" file and it is on every page on the site and I use some simple PHP to not display the analytics code in the administration area of my site so I get more accurate results.

We need to include the Google Analytics code in every page where we want to track the visitors.

You can simply put the code in the proper place, in your site theme footer.
