Question about Addon Domains

[redshift]

is it ok to use addon domains for a website that is more than a mini site, are there any drawbacks to that?
will the site have its own PR or be the same as the main account domain?

[dor]

yes, the site has its own PR ...
main account domain doesn't affect addon domains...

[innovativenames]

it will have different PR but same alexa rank with parent domain

[shockie]

it will have... same alexa rank with parent domain

not true. this is only the case for subdomains.
