Question about a typo of mine on a TM'd name

Hello,

I have a good typo that makes me a little money. Its a typo of a site that A O L owns and promotes.

I get around 100 uniques a day or more. Its parked and does pretty well parking both at Domainsponsor and Namedrive. I would like however, to put a minisite of my own and get the revenue that way.

My question is whether having it parked versus a hand-made minisite increases or decreases my chances of AOL coming after me? I have owned the site since august and have not been contacted or threatened by A O L. One difference is that to do a minisite I would have to use my local (employer's) dns servers. I dunno, I just worry

I wouldnt risk a mini-site to be honest. You would get much more traffic from search engines, and im not sure if they would appriciate that...

If your getting 100 or more uniques per day, which is more than most get in a month for a name. Id say leave it.
