domain Question about a domain with lots of backlinks

I recently acquired a four letter .net domain name. The website used to be a web index years back. Looking back at archives, it was a site similar to Dmoz. The site used to get like 500k+ visits a month, but that was years back. Now the site only streams a few visitors a day, but still has 65+ backlinks.

Is this valuable? If so... how valuable?
