domain quan.am - ovt w/ext question

I don't own this but this is an example of an avail. domain name. I'd like to see how people view its value in order to help value other domain names falling into a similar category.

'quan am' reg's a respectable overture - 543. Not really considered ovt w/extension b/c quan.am doesn't reg anything - but, 'quan am' is identical to quan.am acc to most search engines.

So my question is how would you guys value this domain, and if the ovt was more than 543 how would that affect the valuation. And, of course, if you think it is worth more than the reg fee you might as well register.
