What quality do you think is the most important in a person--creativity, personality, appearance--why? I think creativity is most important of the three. Being creative differentiates a person from ordinary people.

It all depends on what setting we're talking about here. In general, they are all very important. Appearance is just as important as personality or creativity. If you don't know how to interact with people and socialize they aren't interested in knowing about your skills or creativity. If you don't have any professional skills, people won't hire you. A personality does differentiate you, but if there is soo much personality involved, it could become a problem.
