Quality LLLL.net's?

Now all the LLLL.com's are sold, and the prices are booming, has there been a noticable price change in better LLLL.net's?

Yes the prices have increased mainly on the pronouncable LLLL.nets like the CVCV for exemple

It's higher than Example="FTYP.com"

I think that good acronyms will be more worth than CVCV. Acronyms can have potential end-users and since prices for premium LLLL.com for end-users are about 4000$ then it's possible that end-users will try to buy LLLL.net much less (100$-500$).
CVCV.net unless they are good acronyms are worthless IMHO because it's not a good idea to buy brandable domain in .net Some of my LLLL.net also get some traffic and clicks

I don't like them. They are still the same acronyms and can find end users only if the letters match company's name

I don't really think it matters if you as the seller personally like LLLL.net's (dont buy them then). The point is that some companies and resellers do and in my opinion they are becoming more popular. If you can find a buyer thats all you need.

I have many premium LLLL.net's and have sold some for 5000%+ profit.

What company may want for example QQQY.net? or KKKZ.net? Quality of domains is quality of their letters and if its match company acronym then its OK. The chance of finding a company with QQQY acronym is much less than finding a company with FGNO acronym.

I agree with you on No company would want QQQY.net etc.... I am talking premium LLLL.net's where the .com would fetch $2k+.

I have around 120 LLLL.net's and have sold about 15 with no advertising or marketing. I am holding on to them for a year or so unless the right offers come around.

Just noticed you were talking about the three same letter LLLL.net's, sorry I didn't see that.

Anyone who applies a certain rule (eg. .net = 10% of .com's value ) and assumes this holds true in every instance -- which it clearly does not, holds a great chance of losing substantial amounts of money if they try and copy the success of LLLL.coms into LLLL.nets imho.

Those who intelligently invest will most likely find it worth their while.

15 sold out of 120 for a year. It seems to be extremely high percentage even for LLLL.coms

well if you consider parking most of them at sedo then ya got me....some of these sales were mine over the last year or so (none over $3k). Sold some others for high $xx-low $xxx via email.

I don't think 15 out of 120 is high at all, especially for some LLLL.net names that receive 300-1000 uniques a month.

I agree with you, the 10% of the .com dosen't apply for every .net, but imho there are some istances where this may be true in the long run, especially for the subset of names that have already been sold out (i.e. LLL.net, L-L.net, NNN.net, CVCV.net, and even CCC.net), obviously, if CCC.com sell for 100-200$ you won't flip CCC.nets for much more than regfee.
