Q is a low quality letter only for random and non-sense domains like zqxy.com(btw this is also registered by someone). Q is not a low quality letter in meaningful domains like "Quality.com", "iraq.com", and "Question.com"

I found out that it's 5 year-old from archive.org.

The previous site wasn't too active, so this domains is getting not much residual traffic. But anyhow it's 4 letters, ABCB, and contains a word.
