QN for .FR domain owners at Eurodns,com

Having trouble with nameservers resolving (cpanel webhost).
Helpdesk is also useless.

Currently, domain resolves to eurodns' default nameservers with sedo parking.
To resolve nameservers, what settings are you using at:

1/ eurodns,com?

2/ webhost - any special settings?

you need to have a special file added to the server for .fr's to resolve, it's called a "soa record"

Did not have any issue. You need to tell your host to add the domain to their DNS first though. If you are hosting yourself you need the SOA records.
