I am looking on some feedback on a project that I have been working on. Let me know what you think about the site design, logo design, and membership seal design. Also, I would appreciate feedback on usability as well as functionality.

After getting some feedback from other forums I have made the following changes: Made link colors darker, Add pictures on the main page, and Made site compitable with firefox. Anyone here have any suggestions?
