I don't think it's a bad domain. Most likely your potential buyer is a VC capital firm called QL. There are not so many but they exist. Another option is a VC called Quantum Leap (for instance) that wants a super short cool domain. So it's not a stellar .vc but it's got potential to sell although in which timeframe no one can tell. When it comes to price I would either put a BIN in accordance with average end-user sales of average-quality .vcs or put a contact form or make offer and do my due diligence when a buyer comes along.
