In a marketplace full of scammers trying to prey on innocent victims, there is a person that is going above and beyond in an effort to reduce the domaining communities chances of being scammed. His name is Ron James and you may know him as the owner and operator of the largest domaining forum in the world, NamePros, the place to buy, sell and discuss domain names. His newest project, DNOA.org, is the first trade association for domainers, something that has been long overdue in the domaining industry. Recently, we were fortunate enough to get a chance to speak with Ron James about both NamePros and DNOA.org. Ron is also an active domainer and shares some of his secrets to his success with both domain names and community building.

I joined the new club, but for some reason I can't log in.

Me too, I tried to join DNOA as a Corporate member, selected the box, but when I checked out, it said $6.95 for the ordinary membership or something. Did the back button thing to try to correct that, went forward again but my username and password was taken forever and could not check out.

Anyway, I think Ron is one of those domainers that you just respect for his principles and good nature. Couldn't have asked for a better person to set up an association for us domainers.
