Last I checked, there were still lots of LLL.cc names available, especially those with bad letters. Unless pwn is a popular acronym (which I'm unaware of), I don't really see much value than reg fee.

I might be wrong though. .cc names aren't my speciality

Googled...

According to Wikipedia:

The slang term Pwn (see pronunciation note below), used primarily in the Internet gaming culture, means to "own" or to soundly defeat an opponent. It is sometimes used for taunting of an in-game enemy and gloating over victories. It can also be used, especially by non-gamers, in the context of getting "pwned" by The Man.

In Internet security jargon, to "pwn" means "to compromise" or "to control", specifically another computer (server or PC), web site, gateway device, or application; it is synonymous with one of the definitions of hacking. An outside party who has "owned" or "pwned" a system has obtained unauthorized administrative control of the system.

The term was one of 16 to appear on the 2006 "List of Words and Phrases Banished from the Queen's English for Misuse, Overuse and General Uselessness," released annually by Lake Superior State University.

And Urban Dictionary:

PWN (verb)

1. An act of dominating an opponent.

2. Great, ingenious; applied to methods and objects.

Originally dates back to the days of WarCraft, when a map designer mispelled "Own" as "Pwn". What was originally supose to be "player has been owned." was "player has been pwned".

Pwn eventually grew from there and is now used throughout the online world, especially in online games.

1. "I pwn these guys on battlenet"

2. "This strategy pwns!" or "This game pwn."

hmm...
I really was not aware of this.
In view of that, I think its a decent name. But I haven't really seen any LLL.cc sales, so it might be hard to find buyers for it. Someone could very well buy a similar name in another extension for a couple of hundred bucks (pwn.biz would sell for that much. Even pwn.us).

tld.cc and lay.cc are nice LLL names. Their sale just shows that LLL.ccs haven't really taken off

You must not play Counter-Strike.
In Counter-Strike, pwned has become more popular than owned for some odd reason.

Love the domain! I'd say mid $xx to low $xxx. Great name to be developed!
