Pushing Domains

I want to push a domain to an account on GoDaddy but am i right in saying that it takes 60 days before I can do this or can I do it now and if I can how? The domain was bought in early September.

Hi,

If the name is already registered with g/d you can push within 60 days,If you have it regged somewhere else i dont think you can transfer to another registrar.
(you have to wait 60 days with most i think)

Yea, it's regged with GoDaddy, so I have to wait 60 days? Thats quite annoying.

Hi,

No if it is with godaddy now and you want to change it to another account on godaddy you can do this right away.

Go to change account and you will be able to transfer name to someone else.

You can push it now if you registered the domain with godaddy.

You only have to wait if you are tranfering it outside of GoDaddy.

GoDaddy, NameCheap and RegisterFly are a few of the easier ones to
make transfers with.

1&1 has some of the best prices on the net, but they make up for it
by charging got transfers($5.95) and to open an account you have to make a purchase.

Not sure about push time with GoDaddy, but I know for sure enom is 10 days to push to another account.

All registrars use a common guideline of 60 days before a transfer to another registrar can occur.
