Pushing Domains

I know that after you transfer/register a domain you cant transfer it for 60 days.

How about a push for a new registered or transfered domain? Is this possible?
What if the domain is pushed to you last week, are you then able to push it again to someone?

You can push a domain within the same registrar as often as you like, and as soon as you like, whether it's new or old.
