Pushing a .co.uk domain toanother tag HOW to?

Ok i've done this before but forgot how, im currently with 123-reg and want to transfer my domain to another register to renew, is the tag change request free? i dont think it is, but the thing is i can't find my domain in my 123 account and its reg'd to me and expires today.

The tag change is free and very easy at 123-reg. Its in your control panel that opens up when you click the domain. It sounds like there may be a bigger problem for you.
