PS7 Help

Hi there

Do you know how I would resize an image in PS7 to make it smaller but also chage its size properties with it stretching and making the image look funny.

Go to edit>transform> distort or skew or perspective, whatever you want really


Or you can apply different filters in Filters > Distort
