I am researching into opening a proxy surfing site and I'm looking for possible hosts. Here are my requirements...

• Reliable support, either a telephone number or msn contact as well as e-mail/ticket system.
• Account with a minimum 10gb storage, 100Gb monthly bandwidth, CPanel, AWStats, web based FTP, supporting CGI and PHP and ability to host multiple domains.
• Account must be held on a server with at least 256mb RAM.
• Server must have proof of at least 99% uptime or uptime must be guaranteed.
• Account payable via Paypal.
• No more than $20 per month.
• No minimum contract time (I must be able to cancel after 1 month).

I know I may be asking a lot, but there are hosts out there who can help.

Please do not offer me packages that do not fulfil these requirments.
