http://rapidwire.net is for sale.

This is a proxy site and has generated great revenue for me. The site, or what there is of the site was designed by me. The site is using the popular cgi-proxy and php-proxy.

A note on the traffic stats, as you can see the stats registered 0 for a lot of the days and traffic started to taper off, that was because we were getting so much traffic that the CPU usage for our hosting account was constantly hitting the limit and spitting out 503 service unavailble errors for tha majority of the day. But as you can probably tell even with that big period when service was unavailble, revenue has been still very good for the users that were able to get through.

what is the hosting requirements? what is the cost of hosting at the moment?

The cost of hosting is ~$16 a month, but it may not be the most suitable as by seeing how many 503 errors have been spitting out from the site but it is doing for the time being I guess.
