domain Property Finding Services (.)com w/ 6967 OVT

I stumbled across this one today. The name is PropertyFindingServices(dot)com. The OVT shows:

6967 property finding services

This seems like a decent reg to me, worth developing. Either the OVT is out of whack or I am. Do you think it was worth the reg fee and what would be your appraisal?

with an ovt like that it should have traffic, but you have to ask why "property finding services" is so high and "property finding service" is 0, where google is 27,000 for the singular and 716 for the plural

I was hesitant to register this name but the OVT made me do it I wonder if I will be returning it in 4 days? Maybe there is no such thing as a free lunch, but the OVT results seem pretty clear.
