Professionnal TOS and AUP + Legal documents that fit your needs!

Im selling professionnaly written TOS and AUP specially written by myself (im studying international law) to fit your website or hosting service. I can also offer help on legal matters regarding the internet.

Why do I need TOS for my site/service ?

- Many individuals/businesses get drawn into legal fights without even the most basic legal protection such as TOS.
If a small amount saves you from $500-5000 in court costs, or even having to argue policies, I have no doubt you'd consider it money well spent.

- Many affiliates and advertising companies require written ToS/Privacy policies before they'll accept you.

- Its just like running a business without insurance, or business continuinance insurance for those of us operating web hosting in Datacenters.

"On the Internet, that TOS page is the bond between you and your users. In cyberspace, the TOS page means everything."

Just about anybody who has ever purchased or even thought about purchasing a hosting plan has run across the term TOS. Usually found next to a checkbox labeled "I have read and agree to the terms and conditions in the TOS," this little three letter term could very well mean the difference between a long, happy provider-customer relationship and one that ends in bitter accusations from both sides.

TOS stands for Terms-Of-Service, which is much like the fine print in a contract. This is where you will find information such as Acceptable Use (where the provider lets the customer know what is allowed to be hosted on their servers) and Refund Policy (if there is one, who qualifies for a refund, and under what conditions).

By placing a checkmark in the box stating they have read the TOS, a customer is agreeing to a contract, whether they have read the contract or not. Therefore, don't just blindly check the box and assume everything is fine; take the time to read and understand the TOS so that you know what is being agreed to.

Customers, it is your responsibility to read and understand the TOS. Hosting providers, your responsibility is to make sure that your TOS is not only understandable by the average consumer, but that it is clearly linked on your site.

In summary, the TOS is quite possibly the most important piece of information involved in a hosting contract, and the customer, not the provider, collects it.
I offer the following :
- TOS and AUP exclusive template by myself (30 $ for TOS - 20$ for AUP - 45$ for both)
2 versions available : one for standard site, one for hosting providers
- TOS and AUP that fit YOUR needs and YOUR site/service (pm me for a quote with details)
- Any legal advice or official document writting

Feel free to pm me.
