The domain by itself... probably in the low to mid $xxx area. It's long & has hyphens, which is a negative... but the keywords are good for the market and may make that a good domain for seo on those keywords.

Developed, as a PR 4 and being online for 4 years that adds a bit of value - but really depends on the revenue. How much $ is the site earning?

There doesn't seem to be many links to the site. Does it have any Yahoo or dmoz directory links?

launched december of 04, has around 200 unique's/day and has been gaining about 20 unique's a day since it got out of google's sandbox

I have had cold offers ranging from $200-8,000, I want to see more of what its worth before selling it

I thought the site was online for 4 years because of your copyright on the page, "2001-2005." 200+ uniques per day... very nice. Up to an $8,000 offer is really good... but wouldn't it be more worth it to you to keep the domain and use it to promote your website design business / Digi Dog Studios?
